Belgian Embassy - Tokyo
Belgium’s architectural flagship in Asia.
The Belgian Embassy in Tokyo, completed in 2010, was the largest Belgian investment for representation abroad made in last 50 years. The sleek building has eight levels - in the four upper levels are located apartments for the ambassador, diplomats and other officials, who can enjoy facilities like a fitness center with a swimming pool. The four lower ones accommodates offices with access to a landscaped garden. The Embassy regularly hosts exhibitions and permanently displays works by renowned Belgian artists as well.
