Pegasus Park

Located near the Brussels International Airport, Pegasus Park is a business park with more than 200.000 m² of modern office space. The recently created district is comprised of a series of buildings, all different, but presenting each an architectural appearance and scale allowing for the creation of coherent suburban business district. Among the first finished buildings were new headquarters for DHL and Johnson Controls or new offices for Cisco Systems and Ernst & Young.
The master plan of the site has been designed by Jaspers-Eyers Architects as well as most of the buildings. Pegasus Park was designed to function as a self-contained community, offering a range of services and amenities in a tranquil environment. The scale of Pegasus Park, prime location, high standard of the landscaping finishes and the fact that most of the parking spaces are located in the underground, all that's turned the project into one of the largest business parks of this type in Europe.
