AP University College - Campus Hallenplein
This modern campus will provide a sustainable high-tech environment for about 3.500 students following STEM programmes.
The campus will be named "Campus Hallenplein" and will be strategically located near the existing campus in Park Spoor Noord. The project also includes the repurposing of one of the two remaining large slaughterhouse halls, creating a unique combination of industry, IT, design and media.
The future campus is estimated to cover around 22.000 m² and will aim to be virtually energy-neutral. Moreover, thanks to its placement in a green area resulting from the Ring Road canopy, Campus Hallenplein will contribute to a pleasant and vibrant learning environment.
